PRE-PRESS

We operate Applemac computers, the most up to date design and page layout software programmes and have straight to plate technology.

PRINTING

A large variety of work is produced from stationery, envelopes, multi-part forms (invoice pads etc.) through to full colour brochures, folders and multi colour documents.

The Press Room is equipped with calibrated Litho (wet ink) Heidelberg print presses which produce the latest Staccato Screening images (a smaller random dot not visible to the naked eye).

The PANTONE Matching System (P.M.S.) enables our printers to match and print a whole spectrum of colours as well as printing on a numerous variety of stocks from 80 gsm bond to 400 gsm Art Board.

FINISHING AND BINDING

Forme cutting for folders, cut-out shapes etc. is produced on the Cylinder and Platen, whilst multi-page items are finished on the Collator and Muller (fold, stitch and trim). Smaller pieces of equipment allow us to staple, drill, score, pad and perforate to finish any job to the highest quality.
